Ginger Beer Glazed Salmon
This recipe makes a tasty glaze for baked salmon by mixing the sour taste of ginger beer concentrate with the sweet taste of honey and the salty taste of soy sauce. The dish that comes out is tender and tasty, and it goes well with rice or steamed vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup ginger beer concentrate
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400F 200C
In a small bowl, mix ginger beer concentrate, soy sauce, honey, minced ginger, and garlic
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Season the salmon with salt and pepper
Brush the ginger beer mixture generously over each salmon fillet
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving
