Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • 1 cup of coconut water

Instructions:

In a blender, mix all the ingredients together
